This morning I came to take my drivers test and my instructor Antonio was very professional. He was very well mannered. I was at first a bit nervous but he was very welcoming. I also passed my test today and was so happy I appreciated that he was also kind in telling me that I was a good driver at the end of my test. I'm very glad that he was my instructor.
Best service ever for dmv..very helpful and great customer service. Love the fact you can sit in your car while keeping a eye on where you are at in line.
Really nice DMV, got in and out within an hour with no appointment and everyone was polite and helpful. Just make sure to be respectful and have everything you need and things will go smoothly
I had a number of issues to resolve and the young lady that I was assigned to got me through everything fast! She really knew her job! She was VERY Polite!! & an excellent Employee!!
Due to previous experience a few years ago, I thought I'd have plenty of time to re-read the manual before testing. NOPE. I did not have an appointment, but I was in and out very quickly. Luckily I passed! The employees were all friendly and efficient.
Was able to schedule an appt online for the next business day. With the appt I was out within 10 mins with my DL renewed. Nice!!!
This place was really packed! It only got four stars because the people working there really are quick. There's just a too many people with appointments. As soon as I did get to see people the employees worked really fast and processed everybody really quickly. Most of your time is just going to be waiting in line or in the lobby though.
I enjoy coming to this location because it is less crowded and well maintained. Services get done really fast. So far I haven't experienced any bad or rude representative. The ones I've had had always helped me out with manners and in a timely manner.
The front counter perso was rude then laughed about it to her coworkers. The younger generation these days have No respect for elderly. Other then that I got in for my appt and the person who assisted me gets A+
