I have NEVER been treated better by a Government Agency like this experience. This DMV Office needs to be on a Pilot Program of some sorts. To show other DMVs and SS offices on how it should be down the RIGHT way!!! Not 1 Rude employee, All working together to help everyone effortlessly. I'm always surprised at how friendly and speedy our Colusa DMV is, even after five years of consistent good experiences. I've never waited long or gotten frustrated or, worse, frustrated the folks behind the counter. I can see other people are just as pleasantly surprised and relieved. I often wonder how such a good culture took root in a DMV office and if that can be duplicated in other places.
Tiffany, Bianca, and Nathaniel helped to streamline my experience yesterday with their knowledge, expertise, and friendliness. All were patient but Nathaniel went the extra mile when I got to his window. I was in an out within about 30 minutes. The only reason it took that long was due to me needing to complete additional forms that I didn't know I needed.
Today was the best DMV visit I have had in the 45 years I've lived in California. I was in and out within 25 minutes without an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable as my appointment was a little out of the ordinary.
First time at this DMV and our issue was resolved immediately by a representative. I wish I remembered his name. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get our title, finally.

All the ladies here were amazing. They were even under staffed the day we came in but they were all helpful and pleasant to everyone they helped. I'll drive out of my way to come back here. Thanks for the great service to everyone.
