Try your best to do everything you can do online and then book an appointment online and once you do that the inside of the Eureka DMV is very easy. The staff there is very friendly. And the wait time with an appointment is next to nothing. I was there I believe a total of 15 minutes.
This DMV has been very helpful to me during a name change process. They have an efficient system, and even walk-ins dont have to wait very long. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
They were very efficient and helpful. There are always lines if you walk in, so it's faster with an appt.
About an hours wait. Stand in the start line tell them what you need get a number sit and wait then go to the window now your done
I dealt with four emplyees this morning Everyone of them were courtious, efficient and professional. I wish I had gotten their names.Five stars and two thumbs up!
I was pleasantly surprised with the ease in the process with my appointment. Being able to pre-register on line made it so much faster and the wait time was almost minimal. It was so nice to be able to have a stress free process, so unlike my past history with the DMV. It actually took minutes as appose hours. In a word FANTASTIC!!!
I was helped at window 4 by this black lady who was really cool and went out of her way to help me get my boat registered, then she thanked me for my patience, priceless!
People were very nice and helpful to my mother (96)! I really appreciate that! (Although I don't like the DMV website!)
Much better than the Garberville DMV. Really nice and professional staff, that were very helpful. You may have to wait a little longer but worth it to not deal with rude unprofessional attitudes.
This DMV location is very inefficient. There is not a long wait, and there is friendly staff available at all times to help you through the process.
I was totally dreading going to the DMV. I didn't need to be. Since moving to the Bayshore Mall, it has improved immensely! Super friendly, helpful staff and the process was so efficient and quick, the words I've never said about the DMV, ever. Keep up the great work!
