I had an appointment to renew my driver's license, everything went smooth and quickly. Everybody there was very nice and friendly.

The DMV can be a decent experience if you happen to make an appointment! Go online, provide documentation for approval before you go, make the appointment, arrive early, and I got out of there in record time. What a huge change from the DMV of olden days.

The staff was very helpful to my mom who is severely disabled.

Lots of parking, unlike Costa Mesa. A little difficult figuring out where the appointment line was, but staff was professional and got in and out within 20 minutes.

i just renewed my license and the process took 45 minutes with no appointment or any preparation. I completed the application there, received my number and was guided through the process. Eye exam and a picture included!

I took my mom in to take her written test and we had the best experience ever. Elaine went above and beyond and we are grateful that she was the person who helped us. No one ever likes going to the DMV but I would totally recommend this one. Thank you again Elaine for the exceeding our expectations expectations.

Everyone is friendly here and they move pretty quick even without an appointment scheduled. If you ask a question they actually respond and answer your question unlike other DMVs they ignore you or make you go on circles!!

Let's face it. Going to the DMV is the last place you want to go, but if you must go, definitely go to the Laguna Hills location. Hands down the most friendly and helpful staff ever. And a special shout out to Shelly, Berleen and Francis! You ladies deserve 5 stars for your kindness, efficiency, and going the extra mile to make sure guests are taken care of with compassion.
