Finally today I get help for real and those girls help me with patience
Make an appointment, and it will make a huge difference. I made an appointment and only waited about 25 minutes. The line for non-appointments I saw was very long -- down the block. The DMV employees that I encountered were helpful, and they made it a quick process to renew my license.

it was very crowded as usual and the line of people was overflowing. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were able to enter. Although it was very hot outside, the temperature inside was cool enough. An office clerk named Bernard was very friendly and helped me a lot. The layout inside was pretty self explanatory as well. los angeles dmv office looks good.
