All I can say is Take advantage of the Online Que!!! It's still DMV
I went to the DMV after purchasing a new car. Luis was extremely helpful! He patiently guided me through completing portions of the form that I did not know how to complete. His knowledge, humor, and kindness do not go unseen. Luis is an exceptional assessment to the Madera DMV and I am extremely thankful for his help!
Dmv always gets a bad reputation, but the past few times I've been here the staff is very patient and very helpful.
Staff was very helpful and kind when I went to take my behind the wheel exam.

I don’t go to the dmv often and, I just wanted to say that I was very pleased with the staff today and I’m so grateful, they were very informative and they made the whole process with my issue so smooth and quickly .I always hear such negative things and I just wanted to share my positive experience today at the dmv.
Out of all my experiences, today was pretty good. Did everything online, then showed up and got me in and out in no time, and please believe I've seen it go crazy there
Service was pretty quick for a dmv. Nit too much seating though. Not good for people who can't stand for very long.
Very long lines, but the women employees are really awesome .. All the ones that helped us were great .. Keep up the good work
I had to renew my DL and decided on this location. The last time I came here, it was crowded but went smoothly thanks to a kind and helpful employee. This time around was crowded and the employees were kind, although they did seem a little rushed, understandable. It took me a total of 2 hours going to 3 different stations. Not bad I suppose. All in all, it was an okay experience!
I had an appointment to renew my license, I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was seen right away. True I did all the prep on line even my renewal acknowledge test.
In and out within 15 minutes without an appointment. I dont leave reviews, I just have this app to read reviews when traveling. They drastically exceeded my expectations.
I was here before 7am on a Friday, we got right in and my daughter took her permit test. Great service and staff. If your here early there is no wait.
There is a line for everything and everything is chaos... more then usual. Yet, I am sure the goal with the new laws and going digital theu are trying to make it better and be more efficient. For now I hve waited almost 2 hours and hve 8 number ahead of me.
I have to say this is the best DMV that I have been to. Donna was outstanding, she was very helpful and even though she had to process my application twice due to a computer glitch, she was very professional and it was a breeze after she resolved the problem.
