Quick and painless! Every employee was so nice and the exact opposite of the stereotypical DMV employee.
With the Real ID applications the place is very, very busy. The staff was patient and helpful. My hat off to them. Thank You!!!!!
Phenomenal actually! If you go in ready and organized, it goes so fast and smooth! The associate that helped at door, at window and sir that took picture were all amazing. Very kind, polite and professional. I'm shocked honestly. It was great visit!
This was the quickest DMV experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out within 30 mins. Yesenia was the one who helped me and she was kind, helpful, and did her job efficiently.
I was pleasantly surprised in this visit. The line was around the building; however, it moved quite fast. I also thanked the employee directing each of us as they talk to hundreds daily, yet her demeanor was pleasant and professional and with a smile. This compliment also applied to those working inside the building.
Are you aware that DMV is a stressful Job coping with some negative remarks of applicant's. By the way, to EARN the Driver's license is a PRIVILEGE!! To many out there taking it for granted!!
Everyone is super nice and helpful here. I would definitely recommend making an appointment even for the simplest thing. Once and I don't think I've spent more than an hour waiting for my number to be called. On the downside parking is a nightmare. Lyft or Uber if you can. And don't count on parking in the JCPenney lot, they'll chase you out of there.
Employees are helpful, answered all my questions. The facility is really clean/well maintained. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because of the long lines which is really not their fault! I got to the DMV at 6:24am and was the 3rd person in line. By the time they opened at 8am, the line was well around the building, so get there super early so you can be out fast.
My husband and myself went to DMV in Redlands. Yesenia was amazing, she assisted us in obtaining our Disabled license plates. She showed concern for my disabled husband, was empathetic and very kind. Yesenia went out her way to ensure that we had all the information we needed. She was amazing! Thank you for your great customer service!!!
Honestly I always expect to cry when I go to the dmv, but I went in wanting to change my name, my address, & get my new registration & I made sure to bring all the proper documents & it went very smoothly here & the guy who helped us was so kind! Best dmv experience I've had.
The representatives are nice and willing to help but they are definitely understaffed, during my visit there was around 150 people inside and there was a line outside of around 60, I noticed that they give priorities to people if they have an appointment unfortunately I didn’t have one so I waited around 2 hours.
The man taking your info for appointments/non appointments is a little rough around the edges. But wasn't rude. We had appointment so went in quickly. It was about a 30-45 minute wait Till our number was called, person who helped us was friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
My 82 year old mother uses a cane and can't move very fast. We decided to get her a senior ID so we went to the Redlands DMV. Our appointment was at 12:30 but arrived early. We were out by 12:30 because everyone was so helpful. Not only we're the employees friendly but so we're the customers. Best experience we've ever had at DMV!
I actually had a great experience. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I thought it would take several hours, but literally took an hour for everything, the lines moved fast and I wasn't waiting very long to get my business done.
I went in on a Friday with an appointment and forgot a piece of paperwork. Decided to go back the following Friday without an appointment and only took me an hour to finish everything I needed to do everybody was courteous and helpful
