Not as crowded as I expected. The lady that helped was friendly

People are helping nice and provide you a great customer service but the only thing you have to face if you don’t have appointment you have to wait for a long time so make sure to book appointment if no be ready to wait for 2-3 hours after getting into line

Good customer service, but if you do not have an appointment you might wait for close to 2 hours. My advice get an appointment unless you are willing to take the day off from work.

Had a excellent experience this young lady was efficient and curious. She helped me with professionalism and listen to my concern. I had to come and bring my mom back and she helped us both. She was very thorough. I am very pleased with her services and her number station was 14. Her name is Latoya and she Knew what she was doing.

Ms Jackie from window 8 is an absolute doll. If everyone could have an interaction with a Ms Jackie during their day, the world would be a better place. I adore her and hope I'm called to her window any time I need to do business in person at the DMV.

The best meeting today is with the employee of department 2, a very kind and worthy person named Chris. I appreciate him for talking to me properly and solving my problems.

Staff at the windows are really patient and kind. Waiting process didn't take long at all. The lines moved forward and the numbers were called and everything was set into motion. But when it comes to the testing area, it's loud, and crowded. The duration of the time i was testing, one of the Staff is yelling at everyone who was filling their applications, which happens to be in the same room.

The posture were really nice. And helpful. And we made a slight error of scanning the same document twice for the real ID the agent was kind enough to take a picture of the seconds ID we brought and put it in place for the application. Overall was a great experience with the DMV.

I made an appt online for my son to take his permit test. His appt was at 1:40pm, we got there at 1:30 and got into the line for appts, there was one person in front of us. It went by quickly, we got called up and she was very helpful, got us to where we needed to be. He needed to get his picture taken before taking the test. The whole process took a little over an hour. For being so packed they worked pretty fast. I recommend making an appt.

I never thought I'd ever give DMV a high rating until now! This location had everything very organized. They finally have latest technology where you can finally schedule an immediate appointment online, and show where you're next in line. Also, staff was way more courteous than ever before!

It was extremely crowded even though I had an appointment. I would suggest cracking down on overcrowding, to have an appointment only because the time I finally got out, there were still a lot of people inside and it was about to close. Other than that I got what I needed.

I went to DMV today trying to take care of business that I thought was done several months ago. I want to say thank you to Dana who assisted me today. I left with a smile on my face due to here pleasant disposition and willingness to help! Thanks for the great service Dana!

I cannot say enough good things about miss Jackie at window 5. She was the most helpful and sweet person I've ever encountered in ANY customer service situation. I usually dread the DMV, but this location and this staff is A+ Miss Jackie, I appreciate you, you're fantastic. Thank you again.

The dmv is widely known for having a negative experience. That differs with this one. They open at eight I got a ticket for 8:30 and was out by 8:45. I was helped by Miss Jackie who made me feel welcomed. She gave me great advice and helped ensure that I for what it was I came for.
