Legitimately impressive how efficient this dmv is. Best office I have ever been to. Got there early but didn't have an appointment and I was still in and out in less than 30 minutes for a DL renewal. Thanks, San Bernardino DMV!

Staff were incredibly friendly and kind! I had younger girl with long brown hair helping me out and she was the kindest human ever! Also a man with a Santa hat today took my photo and was so kind to everyone. Truly making for such a good experience. Thank you for the kindness!

I strongly recommend taking your behind the wheel in San Bernardino. My instructor was so amazing and kind. Honestly, I was super nervous, but he made me feel calm, and my driving went smoothly.

So I came to this DMV thinking that I was going to be there for a couple of hours. I wasn't. I went on to the "Skip the Line" feature on the DMV website and there were only seven people ahead of me. I waited about twelve minutes before I got called to Window 17. It was quick and the highlight of my experience was the agent that helped me, Iris. She really helped me out when it came to the process of getting the Real ID and the "Veteran" stamp on it. She even fixed some errors in my DMV record without me asking her to do so. She was amazing. Best DMV experience ever!

I had such a positive experience at the DMV! The staff were professional, friendly, and very patient in answering all of my questions. The security team was also extremely helpful, polite, and made the process feel organized and safe. It’s not often you hear about great experiences at the DMV, but everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and stress-free. Amazing. Visited 5/17 for registration renewal. Came 45 minutes prior to opening. No appointment for vehicle registration. I was done and out the door by 8:03am. Quickest dmv visit I’ve ever had.

I've been the last couple days the process is pretty fast they try to get u in in out. I can't complain if u want any faster make appointment.

The San Bernardino DMV used to be my worst nightmare. It seriously used to make me cringe making an appointment at this location. I had to update my review from a 1 to a solid 4. This location has bumped up its game for sure. Even though there's long lines they actually move pretty fast. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful now. I was presently surprised with all the changes. Now, the San Bernardino DMV isn't a total nightmare anymore.

Deseree and Frank were very helpful I lost my driver's license today at 3pm by 4:45 I'm on the way home with a copy. DMV services have really improved it would've been faster if I didn't have an issue with the app ofcourse I'm a Boomer so lol

Although always full they run a tight ship and somehow deal effectively with all of the vibrant local personalities and confused people like me.

By far the quickest dmv experience I've had. Idk if it's always like that so don't take my word for it. But she was very nice and helped with D.L.

Honestly, I didn't want to go to this DMV because of it's location, but now, this is my go to DMV. I commented to a staff how they were just friendlier than most DMV I go to, and she said, "It's because we actually like working with each other." Angel at the front desk was literally that to us. She went out of her way to help us. Thanks guys for giving DMV a better experience!

I made an appointment first. I arrived about 20 min.early. I had all my necessary documents and I was in and out in about half an hour. I was also treated very well. Thank you Redlands DMV for dispelling all the negative reviews I read. You were professional.

They really are super busy and taking precautions. I missed my place in line when I was called to the window, a very sweet lady helped me and gave me a new number. I was able to wait inside with my new place in line.
