Thousand Oaks, CA DMV Office

Quick and efficient. I didn't have an appointment and when I got there I was worried since there was a line outside. But they moved so quickly. By the time I got my number it was already being called. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I had a good experience and it looked like everyone was moving along quickly

Best DMV in Southern California, hands down. I live in the San Fernando Valley and all the DMVs here SUCK. I make the drive out to Thousand Oaks just for the DMV. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

They were very organized. The staff is pleasant. I made an appointment ahead of time and I was out within 30 minutes to get driver's license renewal including vision and written test and picture taken.

Let's face it - how great can a DMV office be? Having said that, this place is the best of the worst. The clientele is a little bit better and the workers a tiny bit more competent than the other locations I have been to. Word to the wise - don't EVER go to ANY DMV without an appointment.

The was by far the best experience I've had at any DMV. Everyone was so compassionate. Things moved very fast and organized. They have done a lot to streamline the experience. I wish I knew the names of the employees that waiting on me so I could say thank you.

Went on a Tuesday morning to renew DL, in and out within 20 minutes. Had to wait for a window, then to the camera line. Great friendly service

Came in this morning arrived at 8:20 am. It took me 25 minutes to get to the window. No line arriving and lots of empty seats. Security Guard friendly. DMV has really change the game in waiting. No longer a drag coming in for service

The level of service has improved substantially! We had an appointment; the wait time was under 15 minutes. Our business was completed in under 15 minutes; the total time spent at the DMV was around 30 minutes. Not bad for a Wednesday morning after the 4th of July

This DMV location is way better than many others. The location nearest to my house is run down, overcrowded and slow! This DMV in Thousand Oaks is clean and organized. Even the parking lot was clean. The employees were all nice and helpful as well. It was worth the drive! Be patient because most transactions at the DMV take time...
